Job Description:
A well-established organisation in the Northwest of the UK is seeking a Validation Scientist to join its manufacturing facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
*Working in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
*Coordinating and executing validation and requalification activities for facilities, processes, and equipment
*Reviewing and updating validation procedures for equipment and facilities
*Establishing and maintaining validation plans, as required
*Preparing draft reports for validation and testing activities
*Supporting and maintaining health and safety practices
*Maintaining accurate records for project audit purposes
*Participating in audits conducted by customers and regulatory authorities
*Ensuring all duties are carried out in line with established business policies
*Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
*Supporting team members with testing-related activities
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
*A BSc in a scientific discipline or equivalent
*The ability to manage both short- and long-term projects
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*High attention to detail, with the ability to manage data accurately
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong awareness of environmental, health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company best practices and relevant industry regulations.
