We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our leading financial institution to implement EMIR Regulatory projects focusing on Data Lineage, Data Transformation, and redevelopment of the Regulatory Reporting Operating Model.


Key Responsibilities

*Lead change initiatives addressing regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives
*Manage project governance and facilitate working group meetings
*Develop controls to address gaps in regulatory reporting frameworks
*Create comprehensive project documentation (requirements, test plans, risk trackers)


Requirements

*Experience with EMIR Transaction Reporting and regulatory change implementation
*Knowledge of OTC/ETD derivative products
*Proven track record implementing financial services projects, particularly in capital markets
*Experience documenting business and technology requirements
*Strong stakeholder management skills across technology and business teams


Skills

*Excellent communication and presentation abilities at senior management level
*Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project
