Axon Moore is partnering with a fast-growing, international business to recruit a Client Partnerships Manager to join its expanding partnerships team.
This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of established international partners. You’ll take ownership of projects from onboarding through to completion, ensuring a consistently high standard of delivery and an exceptional client experience throughout.

The Role As Client Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as their trusted day-to-day contact and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and build strong relationships that support long-term retention and growth. Key Responsibilities
*Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner accounts
*Manage client communications via email, telephone and video meetings
*Guide partners through onboarding and project delivery processes
*Coordinate and review client-supplied content, assets and information
*Ensure materials meet agreed quality standards and project requirements
*Keep clients informed of timelines, milestones and next steps
*Manage regular follow-ups and proactively keep projects on track
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
*Maintain accurate CRM records and internal reporting systems
*Coordinate occasional product samples or shipment requirements where necessary
*Build long-term relationships that encourage renewals and repeat business

About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering an outstanding client experience.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Partnerships or Customer Success
*Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
*Excellent organisation and project management abilities
*High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
*The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
*A professional, relationship-focused mindset
*Experience working with international clients would be advantageous

Working Hours
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
*Office based in Blackpool
*Occasional flexibility required for early evening calls with international contacts (typically 7:00pm – 8:00pm UK time)
