Finance Business Partner (Finance Transformation)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

About the company:
We have partnered exclusively with a power-house in the energy space that manages and transports gas across the UK. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team and work cross-divisionally with SLT to support on finance transformation projects, strategic business decisions and BAU - month-end processes, budgeting / forecasts etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Finance Business Partner to come in and make a real impact towards the business goals and outcomes.
The role:
*BAU - lead on month-end processes, own P&L and financial reporting responsibilities
*Business partnering, financial analysis, benefits tracking, and stakeholder management in a change-heavy environment.
*Day-to-day support and challenge financials with SLT; liaise between finance and operational/transformation stakeholders; delivery of financial analysis, tracking transformation benefits/costs, and supporting budgeting; proactive data extraction in a low-automation setting.
Must-Have Requirements
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), strong transformation/change project experience, excellent analytical and commercial skills.
*Prior partnering with senior stakeholders in transformation settings; adept at ambiguity, self-starter attitude; able to bridge finance and non-finance; experience managing or extracting data from imperfect systems; strong stakeholder engagement.
