We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative / Stock controller to join our growing team. This is a key role within the warehouse operation, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and documentation
*Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, update stock, and track shipments
*Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
*Conducting quality checks to ensure orders are correct before shipment
*Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet deadlines
*Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
*Following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferred
*Accomplished and confident communicator with good call handling and strong IT skills, able and prepared to embrace responsibility across a diverse range of tasks
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
