Job Description:

The RoleIn this position, you will take full classroom responsibility, working within a setting that prides itself on academic excellence and pupil well-being.
*Curriculum Delivery: Create and execute lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities, ensuring every child remains engaged and motivated.
*Support & Inclusion: Work alongside the SENCO to provide targeted support for students with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive environment for all.
*Developmental Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and use this data to inform future planning and parent-teacher consultations.
*Extracurricular Contribution: Engage with the wider school life, participating in staff development days and school events.
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome.
*Classroom Expertise: Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective primary teaching strategies.
*Behaviour Management: A positive, firm, and fair approach to maintaining a productive classroom atmosphere.
*Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work effectively as part of a large, dedicated teaching team.
