Mobile Handyman - Residential Portfolio
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9am - 5pm | Company Van Provided
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Handyman to support a portfolio of residential developments. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on communal area maintenance only, including light repairs, painting and decorating, and general upkeep across multiple sites.
You will be provided with a company van and will work closely with on-site teams to ensure communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities*General light maintenance within communal areas across multiple sites
*Painting and decorating of corridors, lobbies, stairwells and shared spaces
*Basic repairs (e.g. door adjustments, fixtures, minor carpentry)
*Maintaining bin stores, plant rooms and back-of-house areas
*Supporting site teams with reactive communal maintenance requests
*Carrying out regular visual checks of communal areas
*Reporting larger maintenance issues to management
*Keeping tools, materials and company van organised and safe
About You*Previous experience in a handyman / maintenance role
*Confident with painting and decorating
*Able to carry out general light maintenance tasks
*Professional, reliable and self-motivated
*Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
*Good communication skills when liaising with on-site teams
Requirements*Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
*Comfortable travelling between sites
