Job DescriptionHays Education are working with a private nursery based in Allerton who are seeking a Nursery Manager to join them on a full-time basis.The role will involve:
*Lead, motivate, and supervise nursery staff
*Manage recruitment, inductions, training, appraisals, and staff rotas
*Promote safeguarding, professionalism, and effective teamwork
*Ensure delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Monitor children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
*Support inclusive practice and meet individual children’s needs
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory requirements
*Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures
*Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead where required

Previous Experience Required
*Previous experience working in a leadership position in a nursery or childcare setting
*Level 4 or 5 in Leadership management
*Level 5 in childcare
