Job Title: Front of House / Member Associate
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing serviced workplace provider in the heart of Belfast City Centre to recruit a Front of House / Member Associate.
This is a varied, hands-on position that blends front-of-house excellence with operational support and community engagement. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and fully functional workspace, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for members and visitors
*Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
*Manage day-to-day member queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
*Support the smooth running of workspace operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard
*Assist with workspace systems and technology, helping members to work effectively with minimal disruption
*Monitor and maintain meeting rooms, communal areas, and overall workspace presentation
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
*Contribute to a positive, engaging community environment within the workspace
About You
*Previous experience in a similar Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing role
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident supporting basic workplace systems and technology
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
