Project Manager (Groundworks) - Commercial ProjectExeter | Full-Time | Two plus years work
IntroductionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced project manager to oversee a large groundworks package on a large multi-million pound commercial new build.
The Role*Managing groundworks on a new build accommodation site.
*Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
*Ensuring health & safety compliance across all operations.
*Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Reporting regularly to senior leadership.
Requirements*Proven experience in groundworks or civil engineering project management.
*Strong leadership and organisational skills.
*Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
*Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent preferred).
