A well-established and growing law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Associate to join its respected Employment team.
This is a key hire for the firm, offering the opportunity to take on a visible role within a busy department handling a broad mix of respondent and claimant work. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and build client relationships.
The team has a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and a collaborative wider firm environment.
The role will involve:
*Advising on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious
*Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Supporting employers on day-to-day HR and advisory issues
*Handling Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
*Contributing to business development and client relationship management
What the firm is looking for:
*Qualified Solicitor with solid Employment law experience (typically 5+ PQE, but flexible)
*Confidence managing matters independently
*Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
*An interest in developing relationships and contributing to team growth
