A well-regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the addition of an experienced Legal Secretary, with a particular focus on probate work.
This is a key support role within a busy and well-structured department. You’ll be working closely with fee earners on a range of probate matters, helping to ensure files progress smoothly while maintaining a high standard of client care.
The firm has built a strong reputation locally and offers a professional but approachable working environment where support staff are genuinely valued.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting solicitors on probate and estate administration matters
*Preparing correspondence and legal documents
*Managing diaries, appointments and deadlines
*Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
*Assisting with the overall organisation of files and department workflow
What they’re looking for:
*Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Private Client
*Probate experience is highly desirable
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
