This role is responsible for leading all UK financial and back-office operations, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective oversight of HR, IT, procurement, and office functions. It is a hands-on leadership position suited to a qualified finance professional who can balance strategic responsibility with day-to-day delivery in a growing, internationally connected business.

Description
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, andmulti-year business planning
*Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting
*Own statutory reporting, audits, and tax processes
*Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to group policies
*Oversee contracts, procurement, and insurance arrangements
*Support acquisition evaluation and post-transaction integration
*Lead local HR operations and employment compliance
*Oversee office facilities and IT services
*Line manage finance and office staff and contribute to senior leadership decision-making


Profile


*REQUIRED: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
*Proven experience in senior finance roles covering financial control, reporting, and compliance
*Experience working with an international group and a smaller local operation
*Strong commercial awareness
*Demonstrated people management
*Experience with contract management and procurement
*High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities
*Bonus: M&A experience (integrating acquired businesses)
*Bonus: SAP S4/HANA experience
*Must have right to work in the UK
