An established and growing independent financial advisory firm based in Bristol is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is a strong opportunity to become part of a respected business that places a high value on technical quality, client outcomes, and long-term development.

The RoleYou will work closely with advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning support. Responsibilities will include:
*Preparing detailed suitability reports and client documentation
*Conducting technical research to support financial planning recommendations
*Working collaboratively with advisers to ensure positive client outcomes
*Supporting improvements to internal processes and efficiencies
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

The Candidate*Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial services role
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
*Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
*Collaborative and team-focused approach
*Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
*Interest in developing broader technical or compliance exposure is beneficial
