This role sits within a highly regulated environment where data and reporting are central to decision-making, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact dashboards, analytics, and business-critical reporting.

The Role
*Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
*Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver insightful reporting solutions
*Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
*Support the transition from legacy reporting to modern BI solutions
*Contribute to data quality, reporting standards, and overall BI strategy

Requirements
*Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, visualisation)
*Solid SQL skills
*Experience delivering end-to-end BI / reporting solutions
*Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous
