Paraplanner (Flexible / Part-Time Options Available)
Gloucester
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
An established and growing independent financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded business supporting a team of advisers, with flexibility on hours and long-term development opportunities.
The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice. Responsibilities will include:
*Preparing suitability reports and client documentation
*Conducting research to support financial recommendations
*Collaborating closely with advisers to ensure positive client outcomes
*Assisting with the development and improvement of internal processes
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practice
The Candidate*Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial services role
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*A collaborative, team-oriented approach
*Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Candidates with a desire to broaden their experience into areas such as compliance will also be of interest.
The Opportunity*Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week, with scope for school hours)
*Hybrid working available (typically one day from home following probation)
*Study support and funding for further qualifications
