Job Description:
We are currently working in partnership with a TMO based in East London based in East London, who are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Officer on a temporary 3 3-monthontract.
The position is due to start immediately the hourly rate of pay is negotiable.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer working role within housing.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Assisting in the production of monthly performance indicators
*Effectively use IT systems to report any repairs raised by customers
*Provide a professional customer focused services with residents and partner agencies
*Assisting with processing requests with changes to tenancies
Experience required:
*Experience required in housing
*Experience working with customers within housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
*Good phone manner
*Empathetic outlook to residents
*Compliance and due diligence
Working hours:
*37.5 hours per week
*Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
