Job Description:
Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, independent day nursery in Hither Green, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your childcare career, gain more responsibility, and play a key role in shaping young children’s development.
Requirements for this role:
*Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
*A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
*Confident, organised, and proactive approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
*Planning engaging, development-focused activities
*Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
*Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
*Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Working closely with management to uphold high standards
*Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
*Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
