My client, an established leading, global investment bank based near St Pauls, are looking for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Team Assistant, with experience of working within Financial Services. Experience of supporting an HR team, would be advantageous.


The main purpose of the role is to actively provide support to Divisional HR Heads, with wider support to the team when needed.



The hours are 9am – 6pm / 8am – 5pm and the team work in the office Monday to Friday.



What you will do:

*Managing complex and frequently changing diaries, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
*Organising meetings, training sessions, and events, including arranging venues, technology, and supporting materials.
*Acting as a first point of contact, handling enquiries, screening requests, and directing them appropriately.
*Supporting team communications, including managing phone lines and ensuring message handling is timely and accurate.
*Coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
*Managing expenses and supporting financial administration processes in line with internal policies.
*Assisting with document preparation, including formatting presentations and reports.
*Supporting onboarding activities, including system access, workspace setup, and equipment coordination.
*Liaising with internal support teams to resolve operational or technical issues.
*Coordinating team activities such as meetings, reporting, and occasional events.
*Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team.


Who you are:



*Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Team Assistant or EA, within Financial Services.
*Experience of working for an HR team would be highly advantageous.
*Experience of managing busy diaries and booking travel on behalf of others, with last minute changes with be essential.
*Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
