Job Description:
Part Time | BONUS SCHEME | Burnley | Monday- Friday | Afternoon shifts 6PM finish |
As a Customer Care Specialist at Bensons for Beds, you’ll be the person who turns problems into positive experiences. Whether it’s over live chat, email or phone, you’ll support customers at key moments.
You won’t just follow scripts you’ll use your initiative, work with different teams across the business, and take real ownership of each case to get the right outcome. We’re big on first-time resolution, but even bigger on doing right by the customer.
If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, listens properly, and enjoys finding solutions (even the tricky ones), you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
*Handling a mix of customer queries and complaints across calls, live chat and email
*Taking full ownership of cases and seeing them through to resolution
*Working with other teams to solve issues quickly and effectively
*Delivering a strong service to our customers

*Can think on your feet and solve problems
*Show real empathy and understanding
