Senior Accountant - £55,000 plus bonus - Leeds City Centre
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA professional making their first move from practice. You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in a broad, hands-on position with real exposure across the business.
You will be responsible for:
*Lead on technical reporting and delivery of high-quality financial outputs
*Act as a key finance business partner to senior stakeholders
*Produce meaningful MI, budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis
*Support audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
*Mentor and develop junior team members
What you will need:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
*Background in audit/practice, looking to make your first move into industry
*Strong technical grounding with a commercial mindset
*Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders
*Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop within a growing business
Salary and benefits:
*Up to £55,000 base salary
*5% bonus
*Hybrid working (2 days from home)
