Job Description:
The Client & Marketing team is recruiting for a Client Insights Manager to join the firm on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role supporting growth strategy by systematically capturing, analysing and translating client insights into actionable business recommendations. The role will help embed a best-practice, insight-led approach to client relationship management, ensuring insights directly inform service development, sector strategy and business decision-making.
On a day-to-day basis, the Client Insights Manager will lead a structured programme of client interviews, surveys and feedback mechanisms, synthesising findings into clear insight reports with prioritised recommendations for client teams and senior leadership, including the Executive Board. The role involves translating client intelligence into commercially focused recommendations on service gaps, pricing, sector positioning and new product opportunities, while taking ownership of the insight-to-action pipeline. The successful candidate will also maintain a live dashboard of client insight metrics, flagging emerging themes and risks to stakeholders in real time.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in client research methodologies, data analysis and insight reporting, with experience designing and delivering client feedback programmes such as interviews, NPS surveys and focus groups. They will be able to produce compelling insight reports for senior audiences, influence key stakeholders across the business and communicate to a high standard, both verbally and in writing.
