1:1 Teaching Assistant
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact?
We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school looking for a KS1 teaching assistant to join their friendly team. They are looking for someone to support a pupil who needs a bit of extra guidance and support to thrive in the classroom.
*Providing dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the indivudal needs
*Supporting a pupil to stay engaged and focused throughout the school day
*Working cloesly with the class teacher and SENCO
*Confidence in managing behaviour
What we’re looking for
*Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills
*A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff
*A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one
What you can expect from protocol education
*Weekly PAYE pay
*Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares
*Access to free CPD, including training that helps you grow in SEN support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
