Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00)
Pay Rate: £21- £22 per hour

Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join the Chalfonts & Gerrards Cross Hospital based in Slough.

Requirements
*Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
*Proven Band 5 experience in community setting
*Experience in Dressings / Wound management, Venepuncture, Pressure ulcer care, Catheter (male and female)
*Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
*Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
*Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
*Available to start ASAP
