Full-time, Temporary (PAYE)
September Start
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Primary School in the Lancaster area to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September. This role will suit both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers, with the opportunity to move onto a school-based contract for the right candidate.
About the Role:*Full-time Key Stage 1 teaching position
*Temporary role initially, paid weekly via PAYE
*September start
*Responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
*Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Working alongside a supportive staff team and senior leadership
About the School:*Friendly and supportive primary school setting
*Strong focus on pupil wellbeing and early development
*Collaborative teaching team and approachable leadership
*Experience supporting ECTs and welcoming experienced practitioners
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify
*Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (placements accepted)
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching
*Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression potential
