Role | Legal Secretary
Experience | Previous Legal Administration/Legal Secretary experience required
Based | Harrogate
Offer | £26,000 – £28,000
We are working with a well-established law firm to recruit a Legal Assistant to support their Family department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a consistent, support-focused role and is looking to develop within a stable position long-term. The successful candidate would not need previous Family experience, but a desire to move into the practise area.
Duties
*Audio typing and preparation of legal documents
*Managing diaries, appointments and scheduling for fee earners
*Providing case management support and maintaining accurate records
*Acting as a point of contact for clients, handling queries professionally
*General administrative support to the department as required
Successful Candidate
*Strong typing skills with experience in audio dictation
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
