Senior Property Sales Negotiator
Perm | South Woodham | Full Time | £30k Basic OTE up to £49k
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client in an established and successful local business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career and play a key role in a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Valuing properties and bringing them to market
* Managing the full sales process, including sales progression through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant property legislation
* Supporting and contributing to overall team performance
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property valuation and listing
* Strong background in residential sales and sales progression
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple transactions, and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
* Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle for appointments
* Good IT skills
* Lettings experience is advantageous but not essential
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with a day off in lieu during the week)
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000
* On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £49,000
* Guaranteed salary during a probation period of up to 4 months
* 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays
