Waiter/Waitress Duties
*Be confident to talk guests through our menu offerings
*Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
*Upsell additional items such as appetisers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
*Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
*Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
*Leave a lasting impression of excellence to every table
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
