Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Credit Controller to join a busy finance team based in Castleford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start next week.


Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
*Chasing overdue debt via phone and email.
*Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently.
*Allocating cash and reconciling accounts.
*Reducing debtor days and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
*Liaising with internal teams to resolve credit issues.
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
About You
*Previous experience in a Credit Controller role is essential.
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Proficient in accounting/ERP systems and Excel.
*Sage 200 experience is desirable.
*Available to start immediately or within one week.
