Part-Time Receptionist
Permanent | 2 Days per Week (Monday & Friday) | 9:00am – 5:00pm
£40,000 Pro Rata | Office-Based

Our client, a prestigious insurance firm, is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring every visitor and client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional manner
*Manage a multi-line phone system, handling and directing calls efficiently
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
*Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements
*Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
*Monitor and order office supplies in collaboration with the facilities team
*Provide administrative support to HR and Operations, including interview scheduling and onboarding
About You:
*Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with a wide range of people
*Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
*Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
*Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
*A proactive team player, happy to support wider administrative tasks when needed
