£27,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

You’ll be trained by experienced consultants, learning how to identify and engage top-tier talent in industries driven by innovation, precision, and performance.

The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development).
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*Degree educated
*Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work
*Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc)
