The Opportunity
A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its respected Private Client team based in Canterbury, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to work within a supportive, well-resourced environment, handling a high-quality caseload with full secretarial support and genuine scope for career progression.


The Role
You will manage a varied and technically interesting private client caseload, including:
*Drafting Wills
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Declarations of Trust
*Inheritance Tax planning, including matters involving UK and overseas property
The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, with strong support from colleagues and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.


About You:
*Qualified Solicitor specialising in Private Client law
*Ideally 4+ years’ PQE, although applications from all experience levels are welcome
*Strong technical knowledge across wills, tax and estate planning
*Excellent client-care and communication skills
*Proactive approach to business development and client relationships
*Keen to progress within a well-structured and established private client team
