Job Description:
Recruitment Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a busy recruitment function with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsible for:
*Manging the full recruitment process for your allocated areas
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
*Communicating with candidates effectively both over the phone and via email, providing updates and a postive onboarding experience
*Supporting Hiring Managers with documentation, interviews packs and recruitment timelines
*Processing pre-employment checks including RTW verification, DBS applications and references
*Providing general support to HR and other Recruiters when required including covering for sickness absence and AL
*Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
*Building talent pools for a variety of care based roles
*Holding and participating in recruitment events for your allocated area
Skills / Abilities:
*A team player with a can-do attitude
*Confident communicator
*Good time keeping and organisation
*Excellent computer literacy
*Experience working towards KPI’s and/or general targets
Essential Requirements:
*Experience of recruiting or working in a similar admin role
*Knowledge of the onboarding process
*Clean driving licence and permanent use of a legal and reliable car
Desirable:
*Experience working in the care sector (extra care and/or domiciliary)
*Experience using Access Recruit/Screening
