Job Description:
Finance Business Partner | London | Hybrid | Hospitality | FTC - £60-£65k - 9 month Contract
What you will be doing:
*Own month-end close and management reporting
*Produce regular commercial performance updates for senior stakeholders
*Analyse revenue, margins, staffing costs and key financial drivers
*Build, manage and update budgets, forecasts and projections
*Track spend against budget, investigating and challenging variances
*Ensure purchase orders are raised, approved and compliant
*Reconcile cash and card takings to support accurate revenue recognition
*Partner closely with operations and project teams throughout the event lifecycle
*Produce financial insight to support operational decision-making
*Support audit processes and year-end requirements
*Maintain accurate stock, cost reconciliations
*Manage end-to-end finance activities
*Prepare cashflow forecasts
*Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects
Who they are looking for:
*Prior experience in a commercial finance role within events, venues, hospitality, retail, or a project-led environment
*Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting
*Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
Qualifications
*Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA (finalists welcome)
