Senior eCommerce Manager (Shopify) | Music Industry
London (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
£60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
FTC with probationary period, then rolling
We’re looking for an experienced Senior eCommerce professional with meaningful Shopify expertise to help build and scale a rapidly growing online music and D2C business across the UK and EU.
This is a key role in shaping the future of a high-growth eCommerce operation at the intersection of music, culture, and technology.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of Shopify-led eCommerce performance, supporting multiple online storefronts, major product drops, and international expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic position with real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the development, optimisation, and day-to-day management of Shopify stores
*Drive eCommerce growth strategy across UK and European markets
*Improve customer journeys, conversion rates, and mobile-first experiences
*Deliver high-profile launches, campaigns, and product drops
*Work closely with internal teams across development, design, marketing, and fulfilment
*Own performance reporting and KPIs (CVR, AOV, retention, revenue)
*Manage Shopify integrations, apps, and partner relationships
What We’re Looking For
*Strong senior-level experience in eCommerce, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand environment
*Deep, hands-on Shopify experience (not just surface-level exposure)
*Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and store optimisation
*Confident working cross-functionally across tech, creative, and operations teams
*Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to guide decisions
*Experience with EU markets, localisation, or cross-border fulfilment is a plus
