We are recruiting on behalf of an established plant machinery business based near Sevenoaks who are looking for an experienced Plant Workshop Fitter / Foreman to join their workshop team.
This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibility, focused on maintaining high standards of repair, safety, and workflow within a busy workshop environment.
Key Duties*Service, maintain, and repair plant machinery
*Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults
*Carry out preventative maintenance
*Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards
*Maintain service records and job documentation
*Support and oversee daily workshop activity
Requirements*Experience as a Plant / Workshop Fitter
*Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
*Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
*Relevant plant maintenance qualifications (preferred)
*Safety-focused and reliable work ethic
