What’s on offer for the successful Property Manager:
*Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one Saturday morning a month, with time off in lieu supplied.
*Up to £30,000 basic salary
*Bonus and commission structure with OTE up to £35,000

Property Manager requirements:
*Previous experience as a Property Manager (at least one year’s experience)
*Highly organised and has strong attention to detail
*Demonstrates a positive work ethic
*The ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems is essential, along with computer literacy.
*Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
*Full UK driving license and access to own car
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing a diverse portfolio of properties
*Instructing contractors and scheduling appointments
*Liaising with tenants and suppliers to resolve issues
*Following up on outstanding works and queries
*Handling maintenance requests and building ongoing relationships with clients and tenants
*Managing inventories and conducting reviews
*Organising property inspections and assessments where applicable
