HR Support Administrator
Permanent
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.15pm Friday 8am - 3pm
Stoke on Trent

We are working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation to recruit an HR Support Administrator to join their People & Culture team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting both people processes and the wider team through high-quality administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the People & Culture function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a range of employee-focused processes.
*Processing employee data including holidays, absence and time & attendance
*Managing HR records, databases and electronic filing systems
*Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding processes
*Preparing letters and documentation including probation, contracts and references
*Assisting with disciplinary and employee relations administration
*Coordinating internal communications and maintaining notice boards
*Supporting payroll processes and agency timesheets
*Assisting with internal events, CSR activities and wider team initiatives
*General administrative support to the People & Culture team
Skills & Experience Required
*Has previous administration experience (HR exposure beneficial but not essential)
*Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities
*Has excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
*Is comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
*Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

*Positive, proactive and eager to learn
*A strong team player who enjoys supporting others
*Naturally organised and takes pride in accuracy
*Calm under pressure and able to juggle priorities
