Description
The Projects Solicitor will be:


* Advising on a broad range of energy, infrastructure and projects work
* Working on major transport projects including rail and franchising
* Working on rolling stock procurement matters
* Handling PFI and PPP project work
* Advising on major energy and utilities projects
* Assisting high-profile Partners on complex transactions
* Building strong client relationships across multiple sectors
** Collaborating with colleagues across national and international teams
Profile
The Projects Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with ideally 1 to 3 years PQE
* Experienced or interested in projects, infrastructure or energy work
* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
** Keen to develop within a global law firm

Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £68,000 to £77,000 per annum.
*Generous holiday allowance of 25 days annually.
