Financial Services Administrator
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Full-time | Permanent | 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexible if required) | Hybrid

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established and growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in financial services or wealth management administration who is looking to join a supportive, professional environment and build on their existing knowledge.
This role would suit someone who enjoys managing processes from start to finish, working closely with clients and advisers, and ensuring a high standard of accuracy and service throughout.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases, supporting a range of financial administration processes from initial setup through to ongoing servicing. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own portfolio of client cases from start to finish
*Act as a main point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams
*Support a range of new business and ongoing administration activities
*Process client instructions, updates, payments, and account changes accurately
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
*Ensure all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
*Identify and escalate any risks, issues, or complaints appropriately
*Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
What We Are Looking For:
*Previous experience in financial services administration or wealth management support
*Strong understanding of working within a regulated environment
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases at once
*Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
*A proactive and professional approach to work
Desirable:
*Experience supporting advisers or working within an investment, wealth management, or broader financial services setting
*Exposure to complex financial products or case management
*Working towards or completed industry qualifications would be an advantage
