We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our team as IT Recruitment Consultants, working across the fast-paced IT and Energy sectors. What the Recruitment Consultant will be doing:
*Building and growing your own client portfolio using commercial insight to identify organisations with current and future hiring needs
*Proactively developing client contact strategies and making high-impact business development calls
*Conducting market and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends
*Scheduling and leading client meetings and pitches to win new business
*Consulting with clients to fully understand their hiring challenges and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
*Sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent within the IT and Energy sectors
*Networking within your specialist market to establish yourself as a trusted industry expert
