To excel as a Delegated Authority Business Analyst in this role, you will bring significant hands-on experience gained from working within the Lloyd’s of London insurance market-ideally spanning at least five years. Your background should include exposure to delegated authority processes as well as involvement in complex projects requiring close cooperation between multiple parties. You will possess excellent analytical skills that enable you to break down intricate challenges into actionable steps while always keeping broader organisational goals in mind.


What you bring:
*A minimum of five years’ experience working within the Lloyd’s of London insurance market is essential for this position as it ensures familiarity with complex delegated authority structures.
*Proven track record in business analysis roles involving supplier onboarding or similar large-scale projects within regulated environments such as insurance or financial services.
*In-depth knowledge of delegated authority frameworks including relevant policies, procedures, reporting requirements, and compliance considerations specific to Lloyd’s operations.
*Excellent written communication skills demonstrated through production of clear documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, gap analyses, or user stories.
*Experience facilitating workshops or meetings designed to encourage collaboration among cross-functional teams during discovery or solution design phases.
