Our client, a market-leading and award-winning estate agency in Bromley, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in residential lettings to take the next step in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing residential lettings transactions from start to finish
*Generating new business and building client relationships
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
*Winning new instructions and increasing market share
*Maintaining a high level of customer service
*Meeting and exceeding lettings targets
*Using local market knowledge to drive success
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Experience as a residential lettings negotiator
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Proven ability to generate and win new business
*Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
*Positive, proactive attitude and team player mentality
*Knowledge of the Bromley property market (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence
*Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
