Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with several welcoming secondary schools across St Helens who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers to support their students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable classroom experience while supporting the learning and development of secondary-aged students.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
*Support the learning and development of pupils across a range of subjects.
*Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of education and care.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
*Confidence and enthusiasm when working with secondary school students.
*A genuine interest in education and personal development.
*Flexibility and reliability to cover both short-term and long-term placements.
