Manchester City Centre
Up to £28,000 (Depending on Experience) + Benefits
Are you experienced in First Notification of Loss Motor Claims and ready to take the next step in your claims career?
We’re working with a growing insurance business based in Manchester City Centre that’s looking to strengthen its claims team with the addition of a confident and customer-focused FNOL Motor Claims Handler. This is a great opportunity to join a business that values its people and offers long-term progression.
As an FNOL Motor Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting a motor incident, setting the tone for a positive claims experience from the outset.
The FNOL Motor Claims Handler role:
*Handling inbound calls and taking details of new motor claims.
*Providing a calm, reassuring service to customers during a stressful time.
*Accurately recording information and setting up claims on the internal system.
*Assessing liability and providing guidance on next steps.
*Liaising with third parties, insurers, and other departments to ensure a smooth claims process.
Our ideal FNOL Motor Claims Handler:
*Previous FNOL or motor claims experience is essential for this role.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
*Excellent attention to detail and confident decision-making.
*Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*A positive and friendly, team-oriented approach.
