Window Fabricator/ Glass Inspector
Location: Witham
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:00am - 14:30pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent


Job Purpose:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to join our production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience to secure a long-term employment with a growing company.


Key Responsibilities:
*Fabricate and assemble window units in line with production specifications.
*Handle, cut, and process glass safely and accurately.
*Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
*Identify defects, inconsistencies, or damages and report issues promptly.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area.
*Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times.
*Work with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines.


Requirements:
*Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential.
*Strong attention to detail and quality control.
*Ability to work with tools, machinery and measuring equipment.
*Good level of physical fitness (lifting and standing required)
*Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
