ob Title: Sales Valuer
Salary: £25,000 basic (Negotiable DOE) + 2% of exchanges £45-£50k OTE
Location: Newton Abbot
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Every other Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm (day in lieu provided midweek)

Positioned as a forward-thinking, boutique brand, they pride themselves on not being a "typical estate agent", with a strong emphasis on trust, relationships and client experience.
Founded by an experienced industry professional with over 20 years in the local market, the business has quickly established itself as a respected name across Teignbridge and the surrounding areas.
With continued growth, strong market presence and an evolving brand, they are now looking to strengthen their listing function with the addition of a dedicated Valuer.

The Role
This is a key position within the business, focused on valuations and winning instructions, allowing senior leadership to focus on scaling the operation.
You’ll take ownership of the listing side of the business, working with an already strong pipeline, while driving new opportunities and building market share.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting market appraisals and converting instructions
*Managing and maximising an existing pipeline
*Delivering a high level of client service in line with a premium brand
*Working closely with the wider team to drive performance and revenue
*Supporting the growth of the listing division with a view to building a team
*Acting as a key figure in the continued growth and evolution of the business
What You’ll Need
*Minimum 2 years’ experience valuing within estate agency
*Strong track record of winning instructions
*Confident, personable and commercially driven
*Ability to represent a boutique, service-led brand
*Local knowledge advantageous but not essential
*Ambition to grow, develop and potentially build a team
What’s on Offer
