Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Working pattern: 5 days onsite (free parking available)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-month interim assignment
The OpportunityRobert Half Talent Solutions are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead and stabilise the finance function during a critical period for a fast-paced, international business.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with responsibility for multiple P&Ls and close partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities*Lead and stabilise the finance function during a key transition period
*Full oversight of multiple P&Ls within a complex, international environment
*Manage, mentor and support an established finance team
*Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership
*Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with clear expectations and accountability
What We’re Looking For*Proven Interim Financial Controller (or Finance Director happy to step into an FC role)
*Strong experience managing multiple P&Ls
*Comfortable committing to a 6-month interim assignment
*Able to work 5 days onsite in West Swindon
*People-focused, collaborative and approachable leadership style
*Able to commute within approximately 40 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire
