Job Description:
Full job descriptionThe Head of Business Support will provide vital support across the business with a core focus on Human Resources working 20 hours per week, split over 4 days.
This position will ensure the effective administration of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, as well as support the attraction, development, and engagement of employees. The role is central to enabling both people and customer strategies, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth business operations.

·Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals.
·Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
·Knowledge of HR systems and record-keeping practices.
