HR Advisor
Multi-site (Surrey) - Head office Cobham
Salary – up to £40,000 (dependant on experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support our neighbourhoods and Head Office as we continue to grow.
This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll:
*Support managers with employee relations and people challenges
*Take ownership of ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, performance, grievances)
*Manage recruitment and improve hiring quality
*Help streamline HR and payroll processes
*Build strong relationships across the business
*Be visible on-site and proactive in spotting issues early
You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, improving processes and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
*Has solid HR Advisor experience with ER knowledge
*Is confident managing cases independently
*Takes a practical, common-sense approach
*Enjoys building relationships and being visible in the business
*Is proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace
*Wants to improve things, not just maintain them
*CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards (or equivalent experience)
